The Opportunities Database is available in our multimedia library and is accessable for all visitors. Guidelines and Regulations of the Business Licensing Ordinance - Free

Planning to start a new business or to expand? Read the Chamber’s guidelines and regulation on the issuing of the Business Licensing Ordinance. As the official advisor of the Mnister of Economic Affairs, the Chamber is consulted in the business establishment license procedure. Click here to review the Chamber's guidelines.

Changes in company data - Free

The Chamber regularly brings parties together based on the information provided in the Trade Registry. Especially companies abroad approach the Chamber looking to find potential business partners. Consequently you can miss out on interesting opportunities when your data is not correct or complete. Opportunities may include meeting foreign company representatives, invitations to lectures, workshops, expo’s, trade missions etc. which may lead to new business opportunities. According to article 13 of the Trade Registry Ordinance (NL), it is mandatory to keep your company data up to date at the Chamber. Business can make unlimited modifications and adaptations for free. These can be filed daily, from Monday thru Friday, from 13:00-15:00.

Downloadable Trade and Foundations Registry forms

All registrations and modifications need to be filled on the corresponding forms for the Chamber to be able to process the information. The Registry forms are all available online including guidelines on how to fill out the forms correctly. They need to be completed correctly, need to be duly signed by the authorized person(s) and accompanied by the relevant documentation.

Informative lectures - Free or minimal charge

The Aruba Chamber provides lectures designed especially for entrepreneurs on varios relevant topics or on specific issue that affects entrepreneurs in one way or another. Go to the online calendar for an overview of the latest events.

Trade Registry forms copies - Afl. 3.00

If you need a copy of any Registry form you deposited at the Aruba Chamber, such as modifications, registrations or a cancellation form, copies are available at the Chamber upon request.

Modification of the deed of incorporation - Afl. 5.00

After the notary has made amendments to the original deed of incorporation, it is necessary to offer these modification(s) to the Chamber for filing. This counts for both the Trade Registry and the Foundations Registry.

An extract is a certified document issued by the Trade or Foundations Register, containing the most important and essential details of a registered entity. The information includes the name of the enterprise/foundation, trade name if any, registration number, company objective(s), date of establishment, owner or management and proxies, and capital (only for corporations). This list contains the information on businesses registered during a specific month. It includes information on the company name, address, telephone, email, fax number, branch and the name of at least one contact person as registered by the business representative. Declaration of registration; liquidation; introduction or good standing - Afl. 15.00

The Aruba Chamber can provide you with declarations or letters of recommendation. Upon request these letters can be issued in Dutch, English or Spanish, to be used by businessmen both locally and abroad.

Validation of origin of certification - Afl. 15.00

The Chamber can certify the certification of origin distributed by the Aruba Customs, needed to proof the origin of your products.

Validation of EURO-1 - Afl. 15.00

These are documents which certify the origin of the goods, which are required for export to countries of the European Community.

The Aruba Chamber offers an auditorium for rent, as well as some smaller spaces. Prices vary depending on the amount of hours and facilities rented.
